Service Exclusion (No Hidden Rules)

  • We do NOT provide illegal agency, fake documents or prohibited services
  • We do NOT guarantee visa approval, immigration results or official government decisions (only assistance)
  • We do NOT provide medical diagnosis or legal agency services
  • Personal expenses including tickets, traffic, accommodation, food are NOT included
  • We are NOT responsible for customer’s personal decisions and personal behavior risks
  • No overnight accompany or private intimate service
  • We are not liable for force majeure factors such as weather, traffic delay, policy changes or official control

Service Terms & Disclaimer

  • Our service belongs to local companion, language assistance and life guidance, without official approval authority or legal agency qualification.
  • All travel plans, official documents and personal decisions are finally confirmed and responsible by the customer.
  • Personal safety and personal property are the responsibility of the customer during service.
  • Deposit rules apply for schedule reservation. No unconditional refund for personal schedule change or late arrival.
  • Urgent, night and holiday premium services cannot be refunded after booking confirmed.
  • We have the right to terminate the service immediately if the customer requests illegal, improper or unreasonable behavior, with no refund.
